Yet another executive order Monday from Gov. Ron DeSantis added a new layer of confusion for “extremely vulnerable” Floridians under 65 hoping to get the COVID-19 vaccine: Not only do they need some sort of determination from their doctor, the latest order says, but the doctor is supposed to certify that the patient meets “defined eligibility criteria” that have not yet been made public.
